The below conditions apply to all sales and transactions between Tamara Parfums and customers on tamaraparfums.com. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, these conditions apply to all transactions on this site and by ordering, the purchaser automatically accepts the stipulations set out in these Terms and Conditions.

ORDERS

Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email to confirm the details of the order and the total costs associated with the order. Orders are processed within two business days after receipt of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday. Weekends, holidays and national days are not included. We frequently update our website but the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the consumer as soon as possible.

All prices indicated on this website include value added tax. Orders are processed once we receive the payment. Customers are able to make payments on this site in many different ways. For more information about the shipping, please refer to the Shipping Information link.

Ownership of merchandise will not be transferred until the associated obligations of purchaser have been fulfilled. At the point of transfer of ownership, which is at the point of delivery of the articles, product liability is transferred to the customer.

Despite any other established legal rights, Tamara Parfums is entitled, at its own choice, in case of major concern, to cancel your order, or cancel the purchase agreement without legal intervention, by informing the customer in writing. The customer is not entitled to any damages, unless given the circumstances this would be unacceptable according to measures of reason and fairness.
